Coming soon! This is the first year to offer Chapel Oil, a blend of Italian varities of olives. When designing the orchard of 400 Mission olives, we created a chapel with a circle of Italian olives around it. In 2025, we decided to process those olives into oil and discovered it to be a delightful blend! It also gives you a chance to compare California and Italy - both places we love!
